FL Seas Suns Greetings Christmas Wreath

This wreath was so much fun to make.  My inspiration was from MayMay Made It.

I used a 14 inch wreath from the Dollar Tree.

The banners/pennants are 12 inches long by 1 1/2 inches wide.  You can manually cut these on a paper trimmer and make the v cuts for the pennant or cut them on your electronic die cutting machine.  I used my Cricut Explore.

The die cut images are from the Cricut Design Space and a svg image for the life of me I can't remember where I got it from.

The hardest part was deciding how to place the die cut images.  I made extras as if I was making a floral arrangement just in case.

Have a great day.  Make it a crafty one.

Baby Album

Baby album I made for my neighbor's granddaughter.

I used one of the mini chip board albums from Michaels.

All the die cuts are from the Cricut Access Design Space program.

Without going into too much detail, the album has lots of places for photos along with tags for journaling.

My favorite is the mini baby bottle below where Mommy can put little Instagram style photos.

One of my other favorites is the onesie mini book.  You place place 4 photos in it.  It opens from the top.

Have a great day.  Make it a crafty one.

Paper Purses

Decided to jump on the paper purse bandwagon.  I wasn't a fan of pocket letters, so ---

The papers I used were Graphic 45 Typography.  I used MayMay's tutorial from YouTube.

This is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_R0AoczVnE

There are some other tutorials for the Cricut Explore that I will try, but since this tutorial is pretty much a 12 x 12 sheet of paper and some scraps for embellishments I thought I would give it a whirl.

Had a lot of fun making these and the possibilities for these are endless.  Mother's Day, Teacher gifts, etc.

Hope you have a great day.  Make it a crafty one.

Product Review- CTMH Stamps and Dies Nautical Card

I recently went to a 4-day crop and one of the attendees is a Close to My Heart consultant.  I ordered the My Anchor thin cut dies and matching stamps.

The dies are very good quality and well, we all know that the stamps are wonderful.  I used Carta Bella paper from the Ahoy There collection.  I don't know how old it is but is it beautiful paper.  The paper is very thick and the dies worked well.

Living in South Florida I thought these dies and stamps will come in very handy.

Have a great day-- make it a crafty one.

Valentine's Day Layout Swap

This is a layout for our Cricut Crazy group swap.  This month's theme was Valentine's day.

We had to include a variety of items i.e., border, tags, sentiment, photo mats, etc.  There are some other small embellishments not shown that I used from the negative of the die cuts.

All the die cuts are from Cricut's Design Space and I used the Cricut Explore to cut them.

The paper I used is from DCWV and it is called Cranberry Christmas  I love it when you can use Christmas paper throughout the year.

If you are interested in this group it is on Facebook and its called Cricut Crazy Swaps and RAKS.

Have a great day.  Make it a crafty one.
