Cricut August Card Swap
For this month's card swap on the Cricut message board we had to create either a back to school, autumn, thank you or birthday cards. I chose back to school.
I used the following supplies:
Stretch Your Imagination cartridge for the bus
Plantain Schoolbook cartridge for the apples
Graphic 45 stamps (didn't have a name on the package) for the chalk board 2 + 2 image
Alphabet stamps from my stash for the ABC
Cuttlebug Swiss Dot embossing folder for the green mat
Tim Holtz Walnut Stain Ink for distressing the edges
White gel pen to write on the card
Card stock from my stash for the card and mats.

Father's Day Card for Father-In-Law
A little late . . .
This is a folded/stairstep/z-card whatever you want to call it I made for my Father-in-law who is a BIG mustang fan. He has one and it is cherry red and beautiful.
I used Teresa Collins paper and Ford stickers from my local scrapbook store. The "hubcaps" are bottle caps with metal gears glued to them.
He loved it and that's all that matters!

Birthday card for Dad's 75th B-day
My Dad's birthday is July 4th so we combine the two. This is a pop up box card. I found the tutorial on You Tube. There are a lot of them out there. I used the Awesome Boy collection from Recollections. The die cuts are from various Cricut cartridges (Pop Up Cards, Holiday Cakes and CTMH). The stamped image is from CTMH.
I love making these cards. It's fun to see how much you can cram in on one!
